Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 
1. Finding Clients
• Search for new clients through networking, referrals, social media, and events.
• Follow up with potential clients and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Represent Tanupo Holding at property expos, open houses, and presentations.
2. Working with Clients
• Understand client needs and match them with the right property.
• Give clear information about property prices, features, and benefits.
• Conduct property tours and show clients the value of each property.
• Build trust and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
3. Negotiation and Sales
• Discuss and agree on property prices, payment terms, and contracts.
• Work with the legal and finance teams to prepare agreements.
• Close deals successfully and make sure everything is done correctly.
4. Market Knowledge
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, and competitors.
• Share insights with clients to help them make better decisions.
• Provide reports and updates to the sales team and management.

 5. Documentation and Records

• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and sales documents.
• Make sure all sales follow legal rules and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of client details and sales in the CRM system.
6. After-Sales Support
• Stay in touch with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Help with any paperwork or support clients may need after purchase.
• Encourage referrals and repeat business.
7. Teamwork
• Work with the marketing team to prepare sales materials.
• Support the Sales Manager to reach team goals.
• Join sales meetings and training to improve knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid real estate license (if required).
